Prestige Falcon City Pre-launch project by Prestige Group


Renowned builder Prestige Group has launched one of their most prestigious project’s “Prestige Falcon City” which is located at Kanakapra Road in South Bangalore. This project is opposite to Metro Cash and Carry on Kanakapura Main road.
This is Mixed- used development (Residential, Retail and Auditorium) project with apartment complex in 41 acres of land area and 7.6 Acres of Commercial development.
This project spread across 41 Acres of land area with 70% of Open Space accommodating 2520 units of 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK apartments whose size varies from 1204 sft to 2726 sft.

This new township indicates the development of a Forum Mall within the project premises in the coming days. Right now the project is under construction and possession by Dec 2018. Starting from Rs. 81 Lakhs onwards including car parking.
Project is approved by BDA. Approval by BBMP is in process and approved by all Major Banks.
